Because protecting your privacy is very important to Redglue, we operate our website under the following guidelines to safeguard your personally identifiable information:

What Personal Information does Redglue collect?

Redglue asks when we need information that personally identifies you ("Personal Information"). For example, Redglue asks for your name, email address, mailing address and telephone number when you register as a reseller. We collect payment information when you purchase server options and supplies. We also collect information about your navigation of our site, the type of operating system you use, and your IP address. From time to time, we may collect additional information for surveys or other promotions sponsored by Redglue and/or its promotional partners. We use this information to operate our services, to help identify you, and to gather broad demographic information.

U.S. tax law may require that we collect social security numbers or federal tax identification numbers from active resellers who earn commissions. You have the option of refusing to provide this information, but doing so may affect the amount, if any, that Redglue must withhold from your compensation for tax purposes.

What are cookies and how does Redglue use them?

Redglue may place a "cookie" in the browser files of your computer. Cookies are small pieces of information or files that are stored on a user's computer by the Web server through a user's browser for record keeping purposes. The information can be retrieved to personalize, monitor, or regulate use of the site. Cookies allow Redglue to automate access and data entry functions of the site, such as login information, to track and process purchases you make on our site, and to tailor the site to a user's preferences or interests. In addition, cookies allow Redglue to track usage of the site to determine those areas of the site that are useful or popular (and those that are not), thereby enabling Redglue to improve and update its service.

Will Redglue ever send me direct mailings?
